Take Action

Achieving net zero carbon emissions in the built environment is a collective responsibility. Our Stakeholder Action Plans are designed to guide you–whether you’re an architect, contractor, developer, or part of any other key group–on your decarbonisation journey.
These actions plans provide tailored actions for 14 key stakeholders in the built environment. They outline what you need to do, and by when to meet the Roadmap’s milestones, helping you contribute effectively to our shared goal of net zero by 2050. Each plan addresses the unique challenges and opportunities faced by your sector, ensuring that you have the information you need to make a meaningful impact.
Whether you’re a landlord, investor, occupier, or part of a trade association, these plans are for you. By engaging with the Stakeholder Action Plans, you can align your practices with the broader vision of a decarbonised built environment.
